Let me see, what social media sites do I use and love? (I realize I am supposed to write an article about one of them, but since I have trouble choosing...)

First of all let's get the famous ones out of the way: I don't use Digg  (had an account but they froze me, I have forgotten the reason) or StumbleUpon (I have a few accounts because I keep forgetting the credentials). I have an account on Technorati (of course, what self respecting blogger doesn't?), but very rarely log in. I have an account on Delicious but have stopped actually using it for years now. Oh, and Facebook. For some reason I never got into the whole Facebook mania. I do have an account, of course, but very rarely log in anymore.

As of Ning, I am a member of the group for book bloggers a.k.a. Book Blogs. It's a really cool group actually but I go there quite rarely lately (perhaps because the novelty has worn off? I do see a pattern here you know).

Now to the ones that I actually use:
Twitter - a cool way of discussing with people or just seeing what they're up to (too bad I'm in a way different timezone so the vast majority of the people I follow go to sleep in my morning and wake up in my afternoon)
aaaaaand, my personal favorite, the one I can't stay away from even for one day: Goodreads!!  :) They have book lists, trivia, famous quotes -- I simply love it :)
